Upcoming keynote – ENCAC/ELACAC 2025

Next September I will be in Brazil to deliver a keynote at ENCAC/ELACAC 2025.

This is the largest conference in the field of human comfort in the built environment in Latin America, and encompasses many areas related to:

• Architecture and urban acoustics
• Climate and urban planning
• Human thermal comfort
• Thermal performance in the built environment
• Energy efficiency
• Natural and artificial light
• Ergonomic comfort and environmental quality
• Teaching and Learning practices in environmental and ergonomic comfort and environmental quality

I am extremely honoured to have been invited by Dr Kelen Dornelles and the conference team, and excited to meet again many colleagues and friends who share my passion for built environment performance. Also happy that I will get to know the new generation of Latin American researchers in the field!
